Our Ford F650 builds just keep coming. Here is a 2007 F650 Dominator upfit we did a while ago. Our Himarc dual stainless steel fuel tanks were mounted on each side and since our tanks feature molded-in steps, they allow us to not only replace the stock black tanks but also remove the rather dull stock tank steps. To the rear of the fuel tanks, this Ford F650 Dominator Conversion got a stainless steel storage box on one side and on the other we enlosed the batteries in a matching stainless steel box. The wheels were upgraded to a set of American Force 22.5" Liberty wheels with a set of Michelin tires. A look in the bed will reveal a couple additions over a stock F650 as well. The first is a Line-X brand spray-in bedliner that offers unparalleled bed protection. The other is a set of bed mounted exhaust stacks. The hood was redone to include a wide, single cowl and F150 style headlights with HID bulbs. The dash and seat trim pieces got a covering of a carbon-fiber look hydroclad thanks to Gemico. Also on in the dash, we got rid of the stock Ford F650 radio and wired in a DVD/Nav headunit with upgraded speakers from Infinity.
Man we love the 6 Door F650 builds! This was our second build and unlike our first one, this one got a few more upgrades. One of the first things we always try to convince our customers to do on their builds is to get rid of the commercial looking headlights and let us custom fit a set of the more stylish F150 lights with HID lighting. The fuel tanks are our 107-gallon "triple "stainless steel Himarc branded fuel tanks that conceal the storage and battery boxes .
The added color matched topper on the 6-door F650 makes this thing look like a beast driving down the highway. The interior features 4 captain chairs fully wrapped in two-toned leather and the rear bench seat folds flat for a sleeper option. The overhead DVD player is hooked up to the roof mounted satellite system that will provide plenty of entertainment options for passengers during long road trips.
This is a 2008 Ford F650 we built and shipped to Colorado. The wheels are a set of 22.5" Magnums from American Force wheels. We mounted our dual 107-gallon Himarc Conversion stainless steel tanks that have integrated storage and battery boxes. Our painter gave this truck Himarc's first two-toned paint scheme with a metallic purple fade to black which really finished well. The seats were re-covered in black and perforated purple leather to match the paint. A carbon fiber hydroclave dash kit was a nice finishing touch. The only sunroof available big enough to match the size of the Ford F650 is the 40" model from Webasto.
