What information does Aquasun Motorsports need from me?
When placing an order on this or any other site certain information is needed to processes the order. Your name and billing address associated with the credit card you are using, your credit card information, e-mail address and shipping address.

Why do you need more then one address from me?
In most cases Aquasun Motorsports only needs one address, as long as your product is shipping to the same location as your billing information. In order to eliminate credit card fraud your billing information must match the credit card you provide. Aquasun Motorsports will ship to any location within the continental U.S.

What happens to my information when I send it?
The information you provided us is used only to complete your order. When your credit card is processed, the billing address you provided is then matched to protect against fraud. Only your shipping address and product information goes to our shipping department, all billing and credit card information is kept with the original invoice in our system.

Will my e-mail address be given out?
Aquasun Motorsports does not sell or give out any personal information including your e-mail address to any third-parties. The information you provide to us, stays with us. Aquasun Motorsports will send out news letters and we will use your e-mail address to keep you informed on new products and specials. If you do not wish to receive our news letter please let us know and your e-mail will not be stored in our database.

Is it safe to type in my credit card information?
Yes. Aquasun Motorsports uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your information. When you click on the Check Out button you will notice the browser change from http:// to https://. Depending on your browser you may also have a box appear stating you are about to view information over a secure connection.

When is my credit card charged?
Aquasun Motorsports charges your credit card at the time your product is ready to ship.

Shipping Policy
Aquasun Motorsports exclusively ships via UPS on all orders considered non-truck freight. Aquasun Motorsports will only ship to the fifty U.S states and Canada which excludes all other international destinations. In the event that you, the customer, places an order to an international address not listed above, Aquasun Motorsports reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

When will my product be shipped out?
Most products ordered will ship within 2-3 business days, some exceptions may include back ordered and/or direct ship items.

How long will it take to receive my product?
If the product is in stock most orders are received within 3-6 business days depending on your location. Non-stock, special order and out of stock items may take 1-2 weeks to be received. If you would like to check inventory or estimated ship date please contact us.

Free Shipping
Aquasun Motorsports free UPS Ground shipping is available on 99% of purchases. This free shipping offer is good only to U.S addresses within the 48 contiguous states, which excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Free shipping is UPS Ground. This offer does not apply to truck freight items.

Aquasun Motorsports reserves the right to change this offer at any time.

Return Policy
There will be a 15% restocking fee for all unopened products that are returned. To qualify for a refund, the buyer must contact Aquasun Motorsports regarding an RMA no more than 7 days from the date of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Any refunds that are a result of an error of the seller will be refunded or exchanged at no cost to the buyer.

Warranty
Aquasun Motorsports does not manufacture any of the products we carry and therefore do not imply nor offer any warranty on them. All product warranties if any, implied have been done so at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you need warranty assistance on any product you've purchased, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Aquasun Motorsports would like you to shop with confidence. Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return the item within 30 days from the date it was received for an exchange, store credit, or credit depending on the products condition. (shipping and handling charges are not refundable.)

We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible. To prove that we stand behind our promise, we offer you a price match guarantee for 5 full years from the date of your purchase.

Price match for products you would like to purchase
If you want to purchase a product from Aquasun Motorsports and you see it advertised at a lower price anywhere else, there are two ways to get that price for your order:

• Place your order by email. Email us at sales@aquasunmotorsports.com, and include the lower price and the location where it was found. Once we verify the lower price, we will gladly place your order at the lower price.
• Use our online shopping cart. Place your order online as you would normally order an item. In the "notes" area in the checkout section of your shopping cart, note the lower price and where you found that price. We will adjust your order to reflect a credit of the difference as long as we can verify the price.

**Please note: your online receipt will not reflect the price adjustment if you order with our shopping cart. It will be emailed to you immediately once the adjustment has been processed.

Processing your order at the lower match price is done at the discretion of Aquasun Motorsports and is subject to evaluation using the terms and conditions below.

Price match for products you have already purchased
Email us at service@aquasunmotorsports.com, providing the lower price, source and the date you purchased the item from us. We will then gladly look into your order and process your refund. You will receive confirmation of the refund by email.

Processing your order at the lower match price is done at the discretion of Aquasun Motorsports and is subject to evaluation using the terms and conditions below.

Terms and Conditions
Price comparison includes merchandise selling price plus equivalent shipping method and handling charges. Expedited shipping offers may not be available for price matched orders. The item also needs to be the identical product available for purchase from an authorized dealer and not a pricing error. Guarantee excludes manufacturer restrictions, rebates, liquidations, auction sites such as Ebay, coupons, promotional offers, employee discounts and membership club stores. Price matches discounts cannot be combined with Aquasun Motorsports promotional offers. Florida residents - price matches do not include state sales tax.

On rare occasions, erroneous price or availability listings may appear on this site or independently operated affiliate sites. While we apologize for the inconvenience such an error may cause, Aquasun Motorsports reserves the right to correct inaccuracies at any time, with or without notice, and update any related orders. We also reserve the right not to price match against any erroneous price listing on this site or any other site.
